Ships in 24 hours:
Product is In Stock at our warehouse, ready for immediate shipment if ordered before 2pm AEST (UTC+10)

Ships in 3-7 days:
Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been re-ordered from the appropriate vendor. Average time to re-stock is 3-7 business days after the product goes out of stock.

Backorders and Pre-orders

A product that you may wish to order may be temporarily out of stock (on order) or may not yet have been released (pre-release). You can still order these items and they will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until a product is shipped to you.

Using the Shopping Cart

Once you’ve found an item that you like to purchase, you must add it to your shopping cart. By doing so, you are not obligated to purchase it. You may remove it from your shopping cart at any time. To place an item in your shopping cart, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page. Should you wish to continue browsing for products, please press the Continue Shopping button to be redirected to the last page you visited before the product detail page. Adding a product to cart is simply like adding the item to a list that may be changed at any time, or cancelled if you decide not to purchase anything. If you’re not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the Remove Item button. If you would like to change the quantity of an item, simply change the quantity in your cart before completing your order and click on the “Update QTY” button to adjust the quantities and amount.

Important: You can navigate from any one of our websites to another within our network without losing the products in your cart. Any products you add to your cart will be merged with your main cart regardless of which one of our websites you are browsing. You can enter our Adult Toys website for example, and checkout from our Lingerie website without losing any products you have added previously.

Note: Placing an item to your shopping cart does not secure the item for you. If the stock is low and someone else buys the same item you have in your cart, unfortunately you will miss out. To secure an item you need to go through the checkout process.

Using Coupons

Discount coupons are delivered to our customers as a code that is usually a word of phrase. To redeem a coupon, simply shop as you normally would, by adding the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart. Once you are ready please click on proceed to checkout from within the product information page or simply click on the checkout link on the top right corner of our website. At the checkout page you will see a list of options. The first option is Discount Coupons and Gift Vouchers. Enter your Coupon code at the discount coupons textbox and Click “Redeem”. The appropriate discount will then be applied to your cart showing you the discount. You may only use one coupon at a time. You may “overwrite” a coupon by entering another coupon code and click “APPLY”. You must redeem your coupon at the checkout. Orders will not be modified after you have checked out. The value of the coupon is not applicable towards shipping and taxes. If you change your order and the order remains within the minimum required value, your discount will be recalculated. However, if you cancel a product from your order and you are not meeting the minimum order requirements, your coupon discount will be removed from your order. Saving your Cart

For Members:

For your convenience, the contents in your shopping cart are saved automatically as long as you are logged in and you have item(s) in your cart. You no longer have to fear losing your cart. With this feature you can collect item(s) to your cart and continue shopping at a later time. Your cart can be retrieved and saved from any computer as long as you logged in. “Saved item(s)” can be retrieved at any time by login to your account and clicking “View Cart”. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, simply click on the Remove Item button in your shopping cart. If you are a member and you add items to your cart before you login, these items will be merged with your existing shopping cart as soon as you login

For non Members:

Non members can also temporary save items to cart and will remain in your cart for a short period, usually around 3-4 hours. For your own privacy, the contents of your cart will be erased after a few hours of inactivity if you do not check out.

Gift Wrap your gifts for only R10 per item! Send the wrapped Gift directly to the Recipient. Our Gift Wrapping option is the best way on the Internet to buy the gifts you want and have them wrapped. All packages will be wrapped in silver wrapping paper and will include a bow and gift card. Would you like to send your Gifts directly to the Recipient? Place an Order with ONLY the items you wish to give to the recipient. In the first page of our checkout, check the gift wrapping checkbox, then please press the button labelled Change Address to ADD the recipient’s shipping address to your Empire Account. Select their address and choose the Gift Invoice (no prices) for that Order. We’ll ship their gifts directly to them.

Important Information:

A Gift Wrapping fee of R10 per item will be charged for each item you request to be wrapped. Each item selected for Gift Wrapping will be individually wrapped. If multiple copies of an item are ordered, you may select the number of copies you wish to wrap during Checkout. All products, except certain novelties are eligible for Gift Wrapping. If the Gift Wrapping checkbox does not appear next to an item listing during Checkout, that item is not eligible for Gift Wrapping.
