    We will only accept your return of factory sealed, unopened items for credit to your credit card within 14 days of the purchase date. Please package all items securely in a strong box and write the Invoice number clearly on the outside of the box to facilitate the return process. (We will advise you the invoice number) Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit to appear on your credit card billing statement. All unopened returns will incur a 15% handling fee and the additional shipping charges.<\/p>
